For Product Returns:
A Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number must first be obtained before returning products to GURUSCALES.Our PHONE numbers,email,website can be used to obtain an RGA number. Please supply the model number, serial number and reason for the return, along with your name, address and phone/fax numbers, and a Customer Service Representative will confirm your RGA# by fax or phone. After hours, you can leave your request for an RGA number in our voicemail system.
